📏 Hat and Size Information: One size fits most adults, thanks to the adjustable snapback closure. Hat is 100% polyester.   

🚚 Shipping: Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Packages are shipped only on weekdays (excluding holidays) via USPS with tracking information. Packages should take 2-7 business days to arrive; shipping time varies based on location.

❌Cancellations/Returns: Once your order shows it's tracking is in "pre-transit", there are no cancellations or returns due to the customization of the product. If you are able to cancel before this time, for any cancellation, there will be a 10% charge that covers the cost of Etsy fees. 

📦Deliveries: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure drop-off location for packages. If your neighborhood lacks safety, kindly redirect your package to a secure alternate address. Sunrise Haven Design Co cannot be held liable for stolen or lost packages. For assistance with stolen or lost items, please reach out to your local post office and law enforcement. Should you fail to receive your item due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will bear the cost of reshipment.
